TOP RATED PROPERTY! Stunning, very private Midcentury Modern sanctuary in the West Hollywood Hills. Enjoy breath-taking floor to ceiling views from every room + a large, magical garden w/olive+fruit trees. This architectural gem has a very quiet Shangri-La vibe while also being ideally located just 2 minutes drive from Sunset Blvd, 4 mins. to Chateau Marmont Hotel, 6 mins. to West Hwd and Graumann's Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Blvd. A serene, creative paradise: come dream, work, unwind & expand! PLEASE NOTE- OUR HOME AND NEIGHBORHOOD ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THE LOS ANGELES WILDFIRES!

Iconic Laurel Canyon is one of LA's best known neighborhoods, and our classic Midcentury Modern home is located on the Los Angeles side of the Canyon: just 3 minutes from Sunset Strip with its array of excellent cafes, and restaurants, plus entertainment including the Comedy Store, The Laugh Factory, Landmark Theaters just down the street and much more. Hollywood Blvd, The Chinese Theater and West Hollywood are also just minutes away. Here, Joni Mitchell wrote 'Ladies of the Canyon' and Graham Nash wrote 'Our House'. Frank Zappa’s tree-house cabin on Lookout Mountain and the Canyon Market/Cafe-- made famous by The Doors-- are less than 2 minutes from the house. Many well known personalities own beautiful homes in the immediate area. The mountains are beautiful, green, quiet and filled with wildlife: look for Red Tailed Hawks flying overhead and maybe even a fawn in your yard! Ten minutes from the Valley, you're also central to the studios. Have a delicious coffee and snack at The Canyon Country Market/Cafe-literally one minute from the house where you can meet and chat with locals. There is a very special, friendly and quiet vibe here that you can't find anywhere else in LA.
