Private room with private bathroom has its own entrance. Hardwood floor .Cable TV. Free WIFI Has A/C- Heat. Located on the first floor. Easy access. The room is spacious gives you a homey feeling. Comfortable Queen Bed, sitting area, The room is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster and water kettle. I provide fresh linen and towels. Your stay include breakfast : Bagel, cream cheese,fruit, juice, coffee,milk, tea ,snacks and cookies, purified water. Unlimited street parking.
I am married have 3 grown up kids and 4 grandkids I lived in this house for the last 35 years. I worked as a real estate agent for 25 years. I like to host, my house is always open and inviting. I like to travel and had very good experience with homestay visiting. That's why I decided to become a host. To share my house with people from other parts of the world enjoy and exchange culture. This is fun and I love it.
Great neighborhood, Great location. The neighborhood has only small homes. It is quiet, friendly and safe, pride of ownership. We love the people. We have a great relationship with all. We are centrally located. Close to Shopping centers, 3 Malls, Cinema theatres, Parks, public transportation, CSUN university,Warner Center, Universal Studio, Malibu, Santa Monica and Venice Beach are 30 minute away, Most important we are 5 minutes from 101 and 405 FWYs Easy access to everything, come see for yourself
