Welcome to our Summerland Beach Oasis! Relax and unwind with ocean views, a wraparound balcony and private jacuzzi right at your fingertips. Our home is located just minutes from the downtown and beach areas, where incredible food, coffee, drinks and views await you. Snuggle up in our cozy living room for a movie or cook with friends and family in our spacious kitchen. Summerland is just minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, Carpinteria and more incredible locations to enhance your stay! This vacation rental is the top floor of a duplex with a separate home on the bottom that is occupied by another tenant. Entrance to the top floor is on the side of the home, along with the jacuzzi. 2 dogs are welcome in this home with a small fee per stay. Pet rules - keep off furniture, must use restroom outside and do not leave alone in the home. Violation of these rules or damages may result in a fee. Parking notes: There is free parking for 4 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: Keyless entry - code will be provided before your stay.
