Nestled on 1.5 acres of land, this house offers a quiet and serene setting, perfect for those looking to unwind and relax. Enjoy the convenience of a boat landing just a mile away, a bike trail right out the driveway offering over 100 miles of scenic routes, and a snowmobile trail for winter adventures. You’ll love being located two blocks from Castle Rock Lake, the fourth largest lake in Wisconsin (over 16,000 acres) and within easy walking distance to a couple of local restaurants/pubs. Inside this single-level home, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a table for six - perfect for meals or game nights - and a warm and inviting living area with comfortable furniture, a flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies, and a gas fireplace for those chilly fall and winter nights. Outside, the fun really begins with a furnished deck, patio, and gazebo along with a gas grill for summertime cookouts, two firepits, and an absolutely enormous backyard where the kids can run and play to their heart's content! Provided yard games include a horseshoe pit and cornhole (bean bag toss). THINGS TO KNOW Access and certain features for guests with limited mobility.
