Company information

Our little piece of paradise is a semi-private community. All of our apartments are individually owned. We have guests that have been coming here 20+ years, raised their kids here and those kids are now bringing kids. We are a great place for families, couples, individuals travelling on business, girls getaway,,,,,,, Many memories have been made here. And we love that !!!!

Property information

We are right on the beach. Not blocks or a street away, but right on the beach. The sunrise is beautiful. And we are a bit of Florida gone by. We have loungers and cabanas on our private upper beach for your enjoyment, with direct access to the public beach. There is an on-site manager, helpful office staff and friendly maintenance and housekeeping staff.

Neighbourhood information

We're located north of Ft. Lauderdale and south of Boca and Delray. Close to everything but off the beaten path.
