Enjoy a relaxing experience at this beautifully upgraded, centrally-located, home-away-from-home. Large open floor plan with a stone fireplace makes this space great for families or gatherings. Peaceful, partly shaded and well-lit yard features a covered patio, outdoor sofas and table, benches and picnic table, and a 2-person hammock. An 8' fence offer a complete sense of privacy. Complimentary coffee and tea bar and smart TV access. Minutes from HEB and major Austin area highways. All the rooms are tastefully designed, comfortable beds, and all necessities for a home away from home. You will have full access to the entire property. Our neighborhood features four wonderful community pools, including two heated ones year round, accessible for a nominal fee. The closest to our home is The Cat Hollow Pool, 8320 O'Connor Drive, Round Rock, TX 78681.

Located in the quiet family neighborhood of Brushy Creek which, according to Niche, "is one of the best places to live in Texas." Just close enough to coffee shops, parks, and major highways, this location offers both the convenience of being close to everything and a calm, peaceful environment. The house has a 2 car garage and a driveway to park your car. You may park in the street as well, as do most residents in the area.
