Centrally located & convenient to most establishments and good access to main roads such as Beach Blvd. Southside & Saint Johns Bluff. Only 3 - 5 minutes driving away from Sam's club, decent restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, gas station. Only 13 minutes away from Downtown of Jacksonville, 18 minutes away from Carnival Cruise Port, 20 Minutes away from the beautiful beach, 28 minutes away from airport.
