Read your book in our hammock on this magical Portland summers days and warm up on chilly Portland nights in our cozy hot tub! Enjoy the wonderful Beaumont Village neighborhood with ease! Our newly remodeled basement apartment with your own separate entrance and free parking includes full bedroom with king size bed, deep soaking tub, kitchenette and a queen sized pull-out sofa. Access to shared washer/dryer. Just one block away from the many shops, restaurants, and cafes on Fremont St, and an easy walk/bus/bike/carshare ride to explore other neighborhoods. Please note that a family lives on the upper floors of this home. We have two young kids and pets. We observe quiet hours between 7AM and 9PM. You will likely hear some noise coming from above during these hours. We try to be mindful of our noise level when we have guests.
I'm an elementary school teacher and my partner is a social worker. We love visiting new cities and just doing a lot of walking and biking and sightseeing. You can reach out to us via text anytime! Since we're just upstairs, we can easily help with anything you might need during your stay. We will leave you with plenty of information and tips about our favorite locations in our neighborhood and around Portland. Of note, we live in this house with 2 small children and pets. Therefore, there may be some noice during the hours of 7AM and 8PM.
One of the most beloved neighborhoods in Portland, Beaumont Village boasts dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and unique stores. You'll be staying just a block away from everything you might need while you're here! On street parking is quite easy on our street, and if you need to park in our driveway, just let us know. You can walk down to Fremont Street in a minute or two, and from there catch a bus to just about anywhere in the city. We're also about a mile from the MAX light rail station.
