Fishing, boating, and swimming, all from your backyard. You can watch the dolphins in only 5 minutes by kayak (provided) to the bayou and 15 minutes to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico or travel by car to all of the countless beaches within minutes from the home. No end to the fishing possibilities either with nearby boat rentals, deep-sea fishing excursions, and kayaks for unlimited fun and entertainment. Oh yes, the best waterway restaurants are 5 minutes away. Paradise awaits you!

You will love it. The home is equipped with an attached 2 car garage and 2 car driveway for convenient parking. Also, area amenities include bus tours water tours, and Uber.
