Amazing Tampa Bay waterfront house on huge 1+ acre lot. Beautiful Cypress wood exterior with a total of 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms. Will sleep 7 people. Master bedroom & kids room have private bathrooms w/walk-in showers. Fully furnished kitchen, laundry room, huge 85" HD smart TV, outdoor dining area on porch that seats 6, two-car garage, and access to a two-story 175 ft long dock with sundeck, outside shower, & fish cleaning station. Enjoy swimming, kayaking & fishing right off the dock.
Year-round carnival within walking distance and several good restaurants in the area.
15 minutes from Busch Gardens and a short 20 minute drive on I-75 to downtown Tampa.
