Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a fine for smoking in the house.

Pets are not allowed. There will be a fine for any unauthorized pets.

Due to fire regulations and egress requirements, the ground floor bedroom is not available for guests. We have not listed this fifth room in our property details and no bedding will be provided there.
