Telemark 4 is a two bedroom deluxe townhouse on the River that sleeps up to six. On the ground floor is an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and ½ bath. Cozy up to the gas log fireplace and watch the river run outside your patio door or just relax in front of the flat screen satellite TV. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms with a full bathroom (tub/shower) in the center hallway. The master bedroom has a king bed with satellite TV and overlooks the river. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area. This property has a total of 864 square feet. The few steps leading into the property are heated so there are never icy steps to deal with. There is a charcoal grill on the back patio for your use. No washer/dryer and no trailer parking. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay. This property is 1 block to the ski area and fishing ponds. WiFi internet service is available. **Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control.
