A local real estate investor and a licensed agent in the state of Texas who moved from El Salvador in 2016, Jessica brings her passion for history, baking, and architecture to every corner of this beloved home. Welcome to The Thames Home, a charming traditional bed and breakfast located at 501 Branch Street in Taylor, TX. This historic gem, built around 1900, offers guests a unique glimpse into the past with modern comforts. Originally constructed by saloon keeper Mack Riddle, the home became the residence of Joseph Jefferson Thames in 1910, whose family story adds depth to its character. Joseph, a respected local pharmacist, and his wife Cynthia made significant improvements to the house, creating a welcoming haven with front and back porches, spacious rooms, and distinctive architectural features.
