Property information

A unique houseboat on the Tennessee River in the heart of downtown Knoxville. 1/2 mile walk to Neyland stadium and UT campus. Docked at the wonderful Volunteer Marina with the most friendly staff and residents. The most peaceful and centrally located spot available in Knoxville. All areas of the boat are available for guests to access. Please reach out through the Air BNB app first. That is the quickest way to get a response to any questions.
