House Rules
- Guests must follow all local laws.
- Guests must respect neighbors and property rights. Disturbances can result in immediate termination of the stay.
- The property cannot be used for illegal or commercial purposes, including sub-leasing or exceeding the agreed occupancy.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or breakage caused during their stay.
- The Owner may refuse entry or evict guests without refund if illegal activity or potential damage is suspected.
- Parking is limited to designated areas only.
- Events (parties, celebrations, meetings) require prior written consent from the Owner. Unauthorized events can lead to termination without refund. Unauthorized parties will be charged $500.
- The Owner or their representatives may access the property with reasonable notice, except in emergencies.
- Guests cannot make changes to the property without written consent from the Owner.
- Guests must be 21+ to book. Reservations by those under 21 will be declined.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM on weekdays and 11 PM to 8 AM on weekends.
- This is a shoe-free home; please remove shoes upon entering.
- Outdoor security cameras are installed; do not tamper with them.
- The use of drones and fireworks is prohibited on the property.
- No smoking inside the property. Violations incur a $500 fee, with an additional $200 fee if smoke is detected after the stay.
- Please wash your dishes.
- Take out the garbage to the bins outside upon check-out.
- We officially don’t provide a grill but if you see one, you can use it, even though we don’t provide it in our amenities. You must supply your own propane, grilling essentials and clean it after use. A $100 fee will be imposed if the grill is not cleaned properly.
- Every 14 days we require an additional cleaning at your cost.
- Check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-out without permission incurs a $50 fee for every additional 15 minutes.
- By agreeing to these terms, guests waive and hold the Owner harmless from any damages or injuries during their stay, including loss of valuables.
Additional Policies such as Rates and Fees, Check-In/Out Time, Cancellations, Minimum Stay, Smoking, Pets, Maximum Guests allowed, Children and age, Security Deposit etc. will be according to the House rules or the Reservation policies which are provided separately by the Owner.
