Property information

Beautifully remodeled 1-bedroom unit located a block from the beach and Pacific City entertainment. This unit is 1 of 5 apartments within a small complex, a mix of long-term rentals and short-term rentals. It is fully furnished and stocked with beach items to make your vacation memorable. Located across the street from Pacific City entertainment, 1 block from the beach, and 2 blocks from Main Street/Pier, this is the hottest spot in downtown Huntington Beach! This newly renovated unit has 1 bedroom, a blow up mattress, 1 bathroom, high speed WiFi, Netflix, AC, a designated parking space, and plenty of space for your friends or family. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a blender, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and more. But don’t let that sway you from eating out at some of the best restaurants on the West Coast…don’t worry, I will provide you a list of my recommendations at check-in. This unit has a large open concept floor plan with TVs throughout, a large bedroom space with storage and closet space, and plenty of windows for the perfect breeze and sunset views.

Don’t pass up on this opportunity to stay with your friends or family in one of the closest units to the beach, with the hottest entertainment spots, all within blocks from each other in in Huntington Beach! Don’t get me started on all the parades, surfing events, holidays, and more that will be taking place right outside your door! All entertainment is within walking distance of the unit. If public transportation is needed, there is a bus stop within walking distance. Extras: -Quiet time 10pm-7am -Pets 25/night - Notify me at time of booking -No parties or events (Subject to being asked to leave unit with no refund) -If you have more than 1 car please let us know ASAP so we can try to accommodate you (lost parking permit = 100) -No more guests than specified in listing -Community grill and fire pit - supplies provided. All outdoor activity at this ends at 10pm for respect to the neighbors
