I am a retired tax man! Love to hike and bike!

Property information

You will get to use the entire bottom floor of the house. The upstairs will not be used by anyone. If you want to use the upstairs too there is an additional room and cleaning fee. Just as for the rates. If you use the upstairs there will be a charge against your deposit for doing so. This house is large and in a wooded are of Julian. Pine Hills is the nicest part of Julian and in a highly desirable area. William Heiss park is very close. The house is beautiful and open. Has a spa and swing set for small kids. Deer, Turkey, and all kids or birds and wildlife frequent the yard. We have a movie room and large fireplace with wood provided. You will love this house!

Neighbourhood information

Peaceful and Quiet with lots of deer and turkey. Wildlife like birds and racoons too! Beautiful pines and oaks surround the area. House is very private.
