Winter Escapees and Travel Nomads, and all guests can enjoy the dedicated hot tub and fire table. The Casita offers discounted rates for extended stays. Enjoy all season outdoor coastal activities and sunshine.
I remodeled the Casita, claiming inspiration from my days in Santa Barbara as a college student. My goal is to provide a serene and whimsical, guest focused experience. The Casita reflects me, as a person, and the guests who book and visit here fit right in like magic!
The Casita is located in the eclectic but family oriented and established Princess Place neighborhood (close to the Airport(1.5 miles) and downtown 1.7 miles) and is bordered by a beautiful coastal creek (Burnt Mill Creek) which is teaming with coastal birds and wildlife. It is perfectly situated for all Wilmington has to offer and is a mile from the Cargo District, which is becoming a popular place to meet and eat. It is 7 miles from Wrightsville Beach
