My husband and I have lived in Fairbanks most our lives and now we are able to raise our daughter here. You can find us outdoors, enjoying all Alaska has to offer! This has been a wonderful place to call home! Thanks for looking at our beautiful home and please reach out with any inquiries!

Property information

The two car heated garage if traveling in the winter makes this home worth while. The open living space creates for a warm and inviting experience with beautiful windows looking out to the river. The deck gives the perfect spot for Aurora Viewing in the winter with minimal light pollution. During the summer months, enjoy the Midnight Sun over the Chena River.

Neighbourhood information

The views alone for this property whether you are sitting on the couch sipping your morning coffee or standing on the deck looking out at the river will take your breath away. The extra bed space with additional guests makes for the perfect spot for a group to travel together to enjoy Fairbanks. The home is located in a prime location to allow for convenience during your stay.
