My husband and I have lived in Fairbanks most our lives and now we are able to raise our daughter here. You can find us outdoors, enjoying all Alaska has to offer! This has been a wonderful place to call home! Thanks for looking at our beautiful home and please reach out with any inquiries!

The one car heated garage if traveling in the winter makes this home worth while. The open living space creates for a warm and inviting experience with beautiful windows looking out to the river. The patio gives the perfect spot for Aurora Viewing in the winter with minimal light pollution. During the summer months, enjoy the Midnight Sun over the Chena River.

The views alone for this property whether you are sitting on the couch sipping your morning coffee or standing on the patio looking out at the river will take your breath away. The home is located in a prime location in Fairbanks to allow for convenience during your stay.
