The Chi-Treehouse is an awesome choice for the Hardened Organic Glamper that wants access to The Stars, The Land, The Forest, The Wildlife, and The Licking of Firelight in the Eyes! HIGH SPEED Internet, and a full kitchen replete with all utensils, refrigerator and a coffee maker for Hot Joe. The Modern Outdoor Bathroom and Shower (Hot water) are found enclosed in the most Romantic Latillas Walls that a allow for views all around while you cleanse yourself!
We established Sunny Mellow Eco Villa to create a unique place for guests to experience the authentic Southwest. Located just 2 minutes from I-40, Route 66 and the Turquoise Trail, but over the ridge and in it's own secluded and noice free Shangra-La Valley, just 8 minutes to ABQ and minutes to East Mountain Recreation, trails, riding, hiking, skiing and camping... Sunny mellow Eco Villa accommodations at the place to be! With walking paths connecting all five of our accommodations, to The Vineyard, The Orchard, The Lavender Field, The Organic Garden, The Ping, Pong Terrace, The Horseshoe Pit, The Two Camp Fire Pits, The Giant Swing, Spa Facilities, and Billy The Kid's Footpath Trail to Lookout Ridge, there is an abundance of fun and recreation for everyone, right on the 5 acre property. Wether it be for one night passing through or 3 months while taking a temporary position at an ABQ business or hospital, Sunny Mellow Eco Villa is the deluxe choice for an Eco Friendly and Sustainable stay.
The Villa on its own 5 acres is in the Shangra La valley outlined above. It's has neighbors in surrounding farms and ranches that have a history of settling the area. Curtesy and Respect to their presence with the decorum of respectful quiet and awareness of private property is natural and organic. The rocky ridge that juts above Sunny Mellow provides an excellent view of both the Sandia's as well as the Primera Agua Valley in which Sunny Mellow Eco Villa is situated. Hiking into the Cedro Peak Wilderness is a short walk down the quiet street and access to all our Sandia Mountain and the Monzanos is just minutes away by car.
