Hello! We're Dave and Brittney. We live in Salt Lake City, UT with our three kids and our dog, Sadie. Dave is a full-time house flipper/investor and Brittney and her team manage the vacation rentals. We love going to the movies, traveling to our favorite destination spots, lifting weights at the gym, reading, and hanging out with our kids. We are involved in the community and love East Salt Lake City! Our family motto is Excel, Lift, Love. These values are infused into our everyday living, including the way in which we've prepared and orchestrated every detail of your stay with us. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, relaxing environment with surprising amenities that exceed your expectations and make the experience unforgettable.
The area surrounding the cottage is nice and quiet, it's a residential neighborhood. The Sunnyside Community asks that you keep the beach gate closed at all times. The local beach to the Sunnyside Community is not pet friendly but there are many other beaches and locations close by that are. Parking on the streets in the neighborhood is illegal.
