House Rules -This is a 55+ and up community and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm-8am. -The Villages requires a form to be filled out with a 50 dollars fee to use the amenities. -This home has a golf cart available for an additional fee. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
