This is a quiet neighborhood with less congestion and foot traffic compared to some surrounding neighborhoods It sits in the middle what I call the Trapezoid section of Wichita Falls It has a much different look and feel than what I call the Grid or “Avenues” section because this neighborhood is more spread out with very large yards compared to most areas in Wichita Falls You will need a car which you can park for free in the driveway The driveway is large enough for an RV, but we would need to check city ordinances for any extended stays If you don’t already know, everywhere in Wichita Falls is about 5-10 mins away! The house is close to Kell West highway, so it’s easy to zip to the hospital, airport, Air Force base, or turn South for Forth Worth and Dallas There is a Tesla Supercharger in Henrietta, but I could also sell you some juice at my other home (standard “home” level 2 Tesla charger)
