Great historic downtown location full of sunshine and views: near bars/breweries/restaurants. 5 Flags Center just across the street! Casino, Millwork District, Best Restaurants w/in 5 blocks! 1 block from 4th St elevator. 3 blocks from the Town Clock. River Museum only 12 min walk! Local tips/ideas await you. Your keyless entry is convenient. Dining Room wall dedicated to Local Artist! NOTE: NO PARTIES, NO STOVE(Counter top Oven and electric fry griddle in unit)

Only a hundred feet from the 5 Flags Center. One block away from the 4th Street Elevator. Many local shops, restaurants/bars, and cafes within 5 minute walking distance. Millwork District only a .5 mile walk. Diamond Joe Casino only 12 minute walk. Hard to imagine a better location to stay while in Dubuque. Private parking space in lot across Bluff. Rear lot parking also available first come first serve. Street parking available. Number of parking garages near by.
