- Events (parties, celebrations, meetings) require prior written consent from the Owner. Unauthorized events can lead to termination without refund. Unauthorized parties will be charged $500.
- The Owner or their representatives may access the property with reasonable notice, except in emergencies.
- Guests cannot make changes to the property without written consent from the Owner.
- Guests must be 21+ to book. Reservations by those under 21 will be declined.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM on weekdays and 11 PM to 8 AM on weekends.
- This is a shoe-free home; please remove shoes upon entering.
- Outdoor security cameras are installed; do not tamper with them.
- The use of drones and fireworks is prohibited on the property.
- No smoking inside the property. Violations incur a $500 fee, with an additional $200 fee if smoke is detected after the stay.
- Please wash your dishes.
- Take out the garbage to the bins outside upon check-out.
- We officially don’t provide a grill but if you see one, you can use it, even though we don’t provide it in our amenities. You must supply your own propane, grilling essentials and clean it after use. A $100 fee will be imposed if the grill is not cleaned properly.
- Every 14 days we require an additional cleaning at your cost.
- Check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-out without permission incurs a $50 fee for every additional 15 minutes.
- By agreeing to these terms, guests waive and hold the Owner harmless from any damages or injuries during their stay, including loss of valuables.
Before your arrival, you will be required to choose between two damage protection options through our third-party provider Truvi. You will receive an email and/or text message to complete this process. The options are as follows:
Pay a $500 deposit (refundable if no damage occurs to the property).
Pay a non-refundable $35 fee for the damage waiver.
We recommend completing this process before your arrival to ensure a quick and seamless check-in.
Additional Policies such as Rates and Fees, Check-In/Out Time, Cancelations, Minimum Stay, Smoking, Pets, Maximum Guests allowed, Children and age, Security Deposit etc. will be according to the House rules or the Reservation policies which are provided separately by the Owner.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
