Historic YMCA Building in the heart of Downtown Winston-Salem Theater District. Steps from 4th Street Restaurants, Hanesbrands Theater and the Stevens Center.
I am a frequent traveler and live part time in Winston-Salem and Beech Mountain, North Carolina. I love this space and location and stay as often as I can. Evenings in Winston-Salem are very memorable.

Located in the center of the downtown Theater District. The historic YMCA Building is just steps away from 4th Street restaurants, UNC School of the Arts Stevens Center and Bookmarks, an independant book store and the Benton Covention Center. Check out my guidebook for close by restaurants and attractions all in walking distance. Be sure the visit the Arts District on Trade Street.
On street parking available, free on weekends and between 5 PM and 9 AM weekdays. Easy walking location. One assigned parking spot in lot across Spruce Street from Hanes Brand Theater, Space 68.
