With origins dating back to the 1900s as a steamship landing for the Mosquito Fleet servicing communities throughout the Sound, the home showcases 1000 feet of private shoreline along Glen Cove and comes fully equipped with features and amenities to make the most of your time. Hunt for shells and scout sand dollars along the beach, launch one of the provided kayaks and SUPs to explore Glen Cove, or just enjoy a day of lawn games and activities with family and friends. The home offers a variety of games and toys including a croquet set, corn hole, badminton, and bocce ball, plus a sand volleyball court and equipment. Explore the surrounding woods with a hike around the property. On rainy days, there's also a Ping-Pong table for indoor entertainment. After the day's activities, relax in the private hot tub or gather around the firepit for starlight conversation and S'mores. An outdoor prep kitchen comes equipped with a sink, counter space, fridge and utensils for al fresco meals which can be enjoyed at the waterfront picnic/dining area. The prep kitchen makes an ideal addition to the barbecue area and is also a convenient space for use by caterers or hired chefs. The home's three-bedroom layout features a bright, single-level floor plan boasting water views and updated amenities.
