"Sleep with the alligators" at the Golden Alligator, an alligator themed 3/1 in West Palm Beach's very safe and quiet Warehouse District. You will love the unique Palm Beach Regency style while sleeping in famous Four Seasons beds. Not only will you be close to everything, you'll be surrounded by the paintings of local artist Ray McLendon. The entire downstairs of this 1,343 sf unit is yours! Lata', alligator!
The Golden Alligator is located is just a few blocks away from the Grandview Market, a renovated 13,000-square-foot space showcase for area chefs and live entertainment, Steel Tie Spirits Co. is a family-owned craft distillery thar sells locally crafted rum and vodka, and Steam Horse, which brews high-quality, traditional and experimental craft beers with a spacious 6,000 square-foot tap room. We are located in the “Warehouse District” of West Palm Beach, which is transforming into something special. The neighborhood is centrally located to everything and is quickly becoming home to artists, entrepreneurs and tastemakers. Our neighbors include Steamhorse Brewing Co., Elizabeth Avenue Station, Studios Etc., Burn Up Motorcycle Company, Gypsy Life Surf Shop, Steel Tie Distillery, Palm Beach Squash Club, and District Workspace.
