This is a Great price in a GREAT location! Hi Speed WiFi. 4 miles from the hustle of town and yet close to beautiful beaches and the local Harbor from where you can take off on many fun water activities like deep sea fishing, snorkeling cruises or manta ray diving. This is Hawaii at it's best. . You will enjoy the lush. luxurious landscape in this peaceful paradise, away from the crowds, yet close to many pristine beaches. This one acre estate is located in one of Kona's most desirable neighborhoods, four miles north of Kona village, at 900 ft elevation where the days are 10 degrees cooler than the coast and the humidity is far more comfortable than by the ocean.. You can open your windows all year long and enjoy the breezes. You'll love the spaciousness of the 1 acre lot with no neighbors in sight. A/C Your accommodations are in the Ohana (guest suite) which is attached to the main house but is self-contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and parking space. It seems like you're far removed from everything, but everything is close by at your fingertips, just a short drive away when you want anything. Staying here is the best of both worlds.

We are both originally from California, i, Sandra, came to visit Kona in 1970 and liked it so much I made this my home and didn't look back. Living on different parts of this Island, Maui and Kauai, I can truly say that The Great Kona Escape is in the BEST location on the Islands for kicking back and enjoying the perfect climate or visiting the many activities Kona has to offer. Now that I am semi-retired, I have more time to devote to making sure that your stay in Kona is all you dreamed it would be. I'm a medically trained Massage Therapist and can help you relax into Island mode - give you directions to just about anywhere - good advice for dining and activities, and assure your comfort and privacy at all times. You'll love it here. Our jobs are to be helpful but invisible to the degree you desire.
This is an upscale neighborhood that is safe and beautiful. Located up on the side of the mountain, 3 miles to the closest beach, where the views of the ocean and sunsets are spectacular. Costco is our closest store just down the street but town is a quick 4 miles away with many choices for shopping and dining.
