Enjoy an experience nestled amongst the trees where you can relax and feel at peace in the woods. Our home has been recently remodeled with modern appliances, cookware, furniture, premium bedding, and new linens. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a private deck for enjoying the trees in the backyard. You will feel like you have the forest to yourself.
Five things I can't live without? My wife, my daughters, my bass, and my laptop. We want to make you feel at home, and are available via text during waking hours. We also have a 24x7 service partner you can contact in case of emergencies.
The home is at the dead-end of a maintained street, so there is very little traffic. It also is set back from the road a bit, and is down a flight of stairs, further minimizing noise and increasing privacy. The deck and backyard are nearly completely private, with only one neighbor's private driveway anywhere close. You will not find many homes in Lake Arrowhead that feel this isolated yet simultaneously accessible by main roads. The property has a maximum of 2 parking spots on site, and street parking is prohibited by local regulations. Parking restrictions are strictly enforced, so please plan carefully. You are just a short drive from Cedar Glen (4 minutes) and Lake Arrowhead Village (7 minutes). Cedar Glen is also walkable, but be aware you have to do so on the street as there are no sidewalks.
