Bring your paddleboard, kayak, or jet ski and launch just a few steps away, or walk four minutes to the shore! Cruise the island by bike, or spend the day hunting shark teeth on our gorgeous beach. After a fun day in the sand, the outdoor shower is a hit. Before heading inside, be sure to indulge in some friendly outdoor competition with cornhole or ladder toss. Enjoy amazing sunset or canal views and drink your coffee, via Keurig or drip, on the generous screened deck. With plenty of seating and a spacious outdoor dining table right off the main living space, the options are endless. Not to mention the private, open-air space under the house, complete with multiple couches, a high-top table, a grill, and outdoor games. Find everything you need to prepare delicious meals in the renovated kitchen, outfitted with new appliances. The large kitchen island is perfect for sharing drinks, cooking, and entertaining. Comfort awaits in the primary suite, which features a private bathroom updated with a walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms also includes a second TV to watch as you wind down. Guests in our home enjoy new, quality mattresses for ultimate comfort and relaxation. No need to get in a car each time you’d like to venture out. Our home is walkable to plenty of restaurants, bars, parks, and convenience stores. Surf City Ocean Pier and Soundside Park are within three miles and offer sunbathing amidst breathtaking ocean views. Our favorite coffee and donut shops are just around the corner at Surf City Circle.
