Welcome to the Jungle Bungalow! The perfect getaway, you're close to downtown in the Bates-Hendricks neighborhood. This home has been remodeled with a jungle theme. There is plenty of room for your entire group; 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a half bath. Less than a block to the Lincoln Lane coffee shop, & Two Chicks District Company shop. 1718 House Bar and an ice cream shop blocks south. Garfield Park, Fountain Square, Fletcher Place, and downtown Indy are all within 5 min. of the home.

Neighbourhood information

Located close to downtown, Lucas Oil Stadium, and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. You'll be staying in the Bates-Hendricks neighborhood on the main thoroughfare. BATES-HENDRICKS - Caddy corner a block across the street is the Lincoln Lane Coffee House and Two Chicks District Company. A block or 2 to the south is 1718 House Bar and an ice cream shop. There is also Tex-Mex on the corner of East & Morris. It's attached to a gas station and SO good. FOUTAIN SQUARE- 1 mile. Great place to head for entertainment. There is duck-pin bowling, tons of places to eat, live music, and art. GARFIELD PARK- 1 mile. This 136-acre park is the oldest park in Indy and it includes a beautiful conservatory and sunken gardens that are gorgeous when they are in bloom. There are live concerts at MacAllister Amphitheater and there is a seasonal farmers market. The Aquatic Center is open in the summer. There is free parking on the street in the neighborhood. There is space to park a car in front of the garage behind the house. It's a five minute drive to downtown and quick Uber trip to most locations. You can also use an electric scooter.
