LIVING AREAS This spacious two-story townhouse has an open-concept living room and a waterside back patio. High ceilings soar in the living room, where a leather sofa, couch and armchair offer comfy seating. Settle in with a movie on the 55” TV, or simply kick back and relax amid nautical-inspired furnishings and art pieces. A wood-burning fireplace adds ambiance on cool nights. KITCHEN & DINING New granite counters shine in the well-equipped kitchen. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three.
