Welcome to the Loft House, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This beautiful home was constructed in 2021 with modern finishes and a well thought out layout! In a great location--just a few miles South of Egg Harbor-- it is perfect for multiple families and can sleep 12 guests! The main level has a beautiful, modern kitchen that is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs and a large dining room table. Gather around the fireplace in the family room on cool evenings. There are 4 bedrooms total: 3 with queen beds, a bedroom with 6 XL twin sleeping spaces, and 2.5 bathrooms.
