Welcome to the Modern Mainstay at Barefoot Bay in the quaint lakeside town of Winchester, TN. This modern home offer 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is located in a gated community with lake views and access to the community pool. The pool is located lakefront! Guests may enjoy the grass area/beach access to the lake. Perfect spot to fish or take a lake swim. There is also an outdoor fire pit where one can sit and enjoy an evening glass of wine.
The quaint downtown square is conveniently located 1/2 mile away. It boosts fabulous restaurants and boutique shops. Twin Creeks Marina is just 2 miles away where you can rent a boat or have lunch or dinner at the tasty restaurant- opens seasonally.
We love the outdoors, hiking, watching football, and great cuisine!
