The Nook is 2 mins on foot from the Jefferson Foundation and 5 mins on foot from UVA campus and the Stadium (perfect for game day and other UVA events or visits), yet it is located on a quiet street that gets very little traffic on a normal day. Within 2 mins walk, you will find a quaint little coffee shop, a gas station, a convenience store, laundry and dry cleaning facilities, and dining options. The space has been recently renovated to bring you a homey and cozy space to settle into! Please note this is not an accessible property (steps, path to patio) and it is not child proofed.
I love Charlottesville and have called it home for two decades. If you need local tips and suggestions, just ask!
