*NEW* Welcome to The Orchard! Enjoy a 104-year-old farmhouse in Luray, VA- recently renovated for a modern stay. The home sits on 1 acre of quiet land with a variety of fruit trees. Surrounded by neighboring farms, it's 4 mins from Luray Caverns, Walmart & 18 mins from Shenandoah National Park. Relax on the covered front porch overlooking mountains, eat a meal on the side porch, sit around the firepit, enjoy the cozy living & dining rooms, designed bedrooms, game room & stocked kitchen!
Anna and Josiah live in Baltimore city and fell in love with the city's charm and way of life. We own properties in the city and a get-away Farmhouse rental in Luray Virginia. Whether you want to stay in the city or getaway to the Shenandoah mountains, Anna and Josiah have a cozy home for you to stay! A property manager lives in the area!
Enjoy a quiet country street off the main highway. You'll hear cows, maybe a horse or chicken, but rarely a car! Take a walk on this street to see farmland and animals, great mountain views and even a country store. Enjoy a quiet street in the country with conveniences close by. Walmart, Food Lion, Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds and more are all a 2-minute drive from the house. Luray Caverns is a 4-minute drive and Shenandoah National Park is an 18-minute drive. This house is a great way to experience country living with local conveniences nearby.
