Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home in Mena's entertainment district. Walk downtown to restaurants, coffee, antique shops, and farmer's market. 1 mile from UA Bucks baseball field. Short drive to Queen Wilhelmena State Park, access the trails, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the view. Many amenities including hot tub, ping pong table, corn hole, fire pit, Starlink unlimited internet, books, and board games. There is something for everyone.
The house sits atop a hill overlooking the Ouachita Mountains and the depot. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. We do have neighbors but they are quiet, friendly, and keep to themselves. We ask that our guests do the same. Please respect quiet time after 10 pm and do not play loud music or make excessive noise. You can hear occasional traffic and the train whistle. It is safe to walk downtown during the day or night. We have a shared drive with a private carport that has room for one vehicle, and plenty of parking along the street. There is also a charger a block away for electric vehicles.
