Welcome to The Pink House on Kings Way - conveniently located at the entry point to the Village! Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located just steps away from the Mallery Street/Kings Way intersection in St. Simons Pier Village. The Pink House is an older home with modern updates throughout. Enjoy the airy den with views of the backyard. There is plenty of seating – your favorite spot will probably be under the perfectly shaded wooden arbor – great for entertaining with family and friends. The Master bedroom has a King sized bed, as well as one of the guest bedrooms. The third bedroom has a set of twin beds. There is hardwood flooring throughout, two flat screen TV's, a fully stocked kitchen, fireplace and a fenced back yard with a large deck.
