The room is large recently renovated attic space and is private. The bathroom is shared. It is a wonderful home in a suburban area in White Plains, NY. We are located only 10 minutes from Metro North (35 minutes from Manhattan) and convenient to local stores, restaurants, and shops. The Loft (converted attic space) room measures 27 feet by 16 feet. The offer includes a color tv, cable, hardwood floors, wi-fi, air conditioner and heat. We welcome diversity and differences with open arms.
I am a very personable but respect others boundaries. If you choose to come to relax and be by yourself ( the house is very quiet), If you enjoy exploring, I can provide you with some local stops and points of interest. If you like a conversation over dinner, please join me anytime. I respect the guests intent and plans and respond accordingly.
Rodriguez’s home is located in White Plains, New York, United States. It is a very quiet suburban neighborhood which is great for evening walks. The downtown area is about a 15-20 minute walk from the house. Bus stop is a block from the house on route 22 (East Post Road). Metro station is also about 10-15 minute walk from the house. There are also many taxi service and of course Uber I provide off street parking in a private driveway. No parking on the street overnight. Police will enforce giving tickets if you do.
