Walk out the front door and enjoy all that Staunton has to offer at your fingertips! World class dining & entertainment can be found just a stone's throw away! Take a short trip to the Appalachian Trail and explore the waterfalls of Crab Trees Falls or the 151 Wine & Brew Corridor! Enjoy your say at this historic gem!

Urban neighborhood so be diligent about locking car doors etc. The property is within walking distance to Gypsy Hill Park and lots of shops in restaurants in Historic Downtown Staunton. The property is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops (probably a .5 mile walk or so). Street parking so walking or Uber is best to avoid fighting for a spot!
