This property has been beautifully and thoughtfully renovated. There are 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. a large living room and a lovely, bright kitchen. Wherever your day takes you rest assured you will have an inviting comfortable home to come back to. In a quiet established neighborhood close to Louisville attractions. The living room includes plenty of comfortable seating, and a 50" smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances including Keurig coffeemaker, dishwasher and fully stocked with cookware. Beautiful hardwood flooring and tile throughout. There is no carpet. The bedrooms have queen size medium firmness memory foam mattresses with plenty of closet and storage space. Washer & dryer in the unfinished basement along with plenty of storage and a half bath.
My husband and I both grew up in Louisville. We think it is a great city and were so glad you chose to visit! If you need a recommendation on anything just reach out! All of our homes are located in safe established areas and in close proximity to hospitals, shopping, restaurants and many other local attractions. They have all been renovated and furnished within the last year. We work full time as real estate investors, and I am a real estate agent so taking great care of our properties and residents is top priority.
There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, bars and other attractions in walking distance. The rich history of Kaelin's 80/20 restaurant - the original home of the "cheeseburger" is a very short walk.
