1.5 acres off of highway 95 with room for kids to get outside and not stuck inside in the city limits. Great views from the property of Blue Mountain and the back of Sweitzer MT. 20 minutes south of Bonners Ferry with several golf courses, lakes, and limitless activities. 7 minutes north of Sandpoint for all of your lake Pendoreille fun!
Family run B&B. We are currently renovating the original 1930 schoolhouse for Colburn ID which will also be featuring 10 different and unique places to stay as well. We have 6 kids and live on premises.
Fairly private property. The drive is a private community road with off street parking. Highway 95 is the main corridor north to Canada and south to anything else. Excellent access point for skiing at Sweitzer or boating in Ponderay. There are endless activities available for free such as fishing, hiking, biking (miles of bike paths in Sandpoint), eateries, an awesome downtown experience, city beach, a free dog park, and much much more.
