The home features multiple levels of sun decks, panoramic ocean-to-sound views from the top floor, and effortless beach access, with a location just 400 yards from the beach. Inside, amenities abound, with a first-level game room with a pool table, wet bar, and kitchenette (which includes a refrigerator and microwave). Laundry is a breeze with two washer/dryers. This home has an extensive electronics package with 10 TVs, stereo/CD, and high-speed WiFi for your laptop. An additional sitting room with a TV on the second level provides a little privacy, as does a top-level loft with sprawling ocean views. For a truly luxurious evening, ride the elevator up to the top-level great room with cathedral ceilings, an adjacent large dining area, and a gourmet kitchen. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
