Welcome to your perfect getaway in Rehoboth Beach, DE! Enjoy all that Rehoboth has to offer while staying at this coastal condo, conveniently located on the beach side of Route 1, only a 25-minute walk (10-min bike ride, 5-min drive) to the beach and boardwalk, and close to all the shopping, restaurants, and attractions on Coastal Highway. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, large walk-in closet, en suite bath, and TV. The secondary bedroom has a twin bed and a full bed, a TV, and easy access to a full bath. The living area has a large screen TV and sectional sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen-size bed. All TVs are app-enabled, so you can connect to your favorite streaming services. The dining area has seating for 6 at the dining table, as well as 3 additional seats at the bar. The condo has a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and all of the essential kitchen and dining plates/glasses/utensils. There’s also an in-unit washer/dryer and a bar cart equipped with a cocktail shaker and fun glasses for happy hour. Enjoy the amazing pool and hot tub or relax in the private screened in porch and well-shaded backyard. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Four beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are also provided for your beach days. You will also appreciate the comfort of first floor unit with no stairs, perfect for all ages, and parking conveniently located right outside your door so you can load and unload your car with ease. And don’t miss the complex’s private entrance to the Junction & Breakwater Trail, where you can walk or bike to the beach/ boardwalk, as well as all the shops and restaurants in downtown Rehoboth. You will be walking distance to Blue Coast, many breweries, Jungle Jim's water park, outlet shopping, and all of the other fun restaurants and attractions along Coastal Highway.
