Property information

We have a unique and cool secret in town. Our tiny house may help to get your creative juices flowing with a guitar waiting to be played. The music played here is your secret, what you play there stays there. Our tiny home offers a big Bang for your buck! It has high speed internet, a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom and instant hot water! Our units offer a comfortable place to rest after a long day of hiking, biking, boating, kayaking, or whatever else brought you to our beautiful state. We are in a commercial location behind a car lot. You'll be within 5 minutes to plenty of gas, groceries, dining options and Dollar Tree for incidentals. Parking is located next to the unit.

Neighbourhood information

We own The Car Barn and our tiny homes are located behind the Car Barn. We are within minutes of dining, grocery shopping, fueling stations, laundry facilities, side-by-side rentals, mountain biking, Zion NP, Sand Hollow, Quail Lake and many more beautiful Southern Utah parks and recreation areas. Southern Utah is so warm and friendly. Much of what you'll need is within walking distance. You can walk to fast food or other dining options, Lin's Market, Dollar Tree, 7-11, Walgreens and more in 5-10 minutes.
