Property information

Comfy big beach house a half-block from beach - great for family gatherings. Close to the Cocoa Beach Pier & Ron Jon Surf Shop. Swim dine, and relax. 5 bedrooms, two fold-out sofas, 3 showers, two kitchens, a formal dining area, and three TV/sitting areas. Heated pool, hot tub and covered patio by the pool w/dining tables and a big gas grill. Comfortable, relaxed. Enjoy!

Neighbourhood information

This house is located in the heart of the Cocoa Beach fun. It is 1/2 block from the beach. It is just a few blocks walk to Ron Jon Surf Shop and the Cocoa Beach Pier. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well as coffee shops and other services. The main road to go to Orlando and Disney or to go to Kennedy Space Center is very near.
