The outside has a hammock, firepit and 2 adirondack chairs with an icemaker and a tiny fridge. You can access the whole thing!! I'll be available by text or a phone call if you need anything. I have a handyman you can call if anything goes wrong with the property at any time. Lovely old Florida neighborhood full of oaks and on the Choctawhatchee Bay Free parking by the tiny house; you can get a shuttle, uber or lyft if needed. You can also bicycle on the outer lane of the highway. This is a 3/4 acre property (2 lots) with this tiny home and another small home on it. There are lots of trees and a beautiful view of the bay. The road noise can be loud at times during the beach season especially. But You are just 15 minutes across the bridge to the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico! There is a family that lives behind the property that has a dog which can bark at times.
