Property information

This beautiful and totally new and customized 4 Bedroom 2.5 bath lake house sits high on the bluff overlooking Lanan Bay of Toledo Bend Reservoir. There is easy access to the water by a private boat ramp on the property. It's convenient location is just 10 minutes away from Toledo Town, local restaurants, groceries, tackle, fuel, bait, supplies and hardware stores. Well know Cypress Bend Golf Resort is located just 12 miles away. We look forward to your visit.

Located in a quiet rural neighborhood, this comfortable clean place is beautifully remolded with custom pine, red cedar trim and cabinets other types of wood on the inside and great outdoor spaces, boat house and boat ramp. This location is convenient and close to Toledo Town, Pendleton Bridge, Tackle shop, Restaurants, Grocery, Supply and Hardware Stores and just 20 minutes away from Cypress Bend Golf Resort and the New Water Park. Easy location to find. From Toledo Town at the intersection of Hwy 191 and Hwy 6, the property is 2 miles east on Hwy 6 and 2 miles north on Matthew Lodge Road at the back of Lannan Bay of Toledo Bend.
